Community Participation
Communities can get involved with their local area and are
supported by local organisations.
South Lakeland District Council (SLDC) and parishes are
working together to improve Parish Development and SLDC also has a new
Have Your
Say page offering support and information to get involved in
the work of the Council and your local community.
Cumbria County Council's Area Support Team work alongside
County Councillors and other Council Departments to ensure that the
voices of the local community are heard.
